NEW ORLEANS – The Institute for School and Parish Development (ISPD), a national Catholic development, consulting, coaching, and educational firm headquartered in the Greater New Orleans area, is pleased to announce the opening of two new regional offices in Ohio and North Carolina, further expanding its national reach.
Additionally, ISPD is excited to welcome Dr. Courtney Millet as a part-time associate and Jason Crundwell as a full-time associate, strengthening its expertise in Catholic school leadership, advancement, and digital marketing.
New Associates Strengthen ISPD’s Expertise

Dr. Courtney Millet
Dr. Courtney Millet joins ISPD with an extensive background in Catholic and educational leadership. Most recently, she served as Principal of St. Charles Catholic High School in LaPlace, Louisiana. Previously, she held leadership roles including Director of Instruction and Institutional Advancement at St. Charles, as well as District Superintendent, Director of Curriculum, and Principal in St. John the Baptist Parish Schools.

Jason Crundwell
Jason Crundwell, who has collaborated with ISPD since 2020, now joins the team full-time. He previously served as Director of Institutional Advancement for St. Peter’s School in Mansfield, Ohio, for eight years and continues to lead his own digital marketing firm. His expertise in advancement and digital marketing strategies will further enhance ISPD’s support for Catholic institutions.

Regional Offices Strengthen ISPD’s National Presence
As part of its ongoing commitment to serving Catholic institutions nationwide, ISPD has opened two regional offices to better serve Catholic schools, parishes, and dioceses in North Central Ohio and Charlotte, North Carolina.
- Dr. Ashley Ogden, an ISPD associate, will lead efforts in Charlotte, North Carolina.
- Jason Crundwell will serve clients from Mansfield, Ohio.
“We are excited to expand our footprint in the southeastern United States, where the Catholic Church continues to grow,” Donaldson said. “ISPD has long served a strong base of clients in the Midwest, and having a dedicated presence in both of these regions will allow us to serve our clients more effectively while keeping costs manageable.”
