Kyle Isaack
Vice-President of Operations. Fourteen years in Catholic advancement.
Kyle joined ISPD as an Associate and Consultant in March 2023, bringing more than fourteen years of experience in Catholic advancement. He was introduced to ISPD through his time at Villa Madonna Academy in 2019, as they worked through their Capital Campaign. He served as Director of Development at Thomas More University in Crestview Hills, Kentucky (2022-2026), Director of Advancement at Villa Madonna Academy in Villa Hills, Kentucky (2018–2022), The Athenaeum of Ohio: Mount St. Mary’s Seminary and School of Theology (2015–2018), and began his advancement career with Dynamic Catholic as Ambassador Club Liaison (2012–2015). He is a graduate of Xavier University, Elder High School, and Our Lady of Visitation.
Throughout his career, Kyle has seen that the most successful organizations are not built solely on strong strategies or effective systems. They are built on people who feel connected to a shared purpose and empowered to contribute their unique gifts. This experience shaped a leadership philosophy centered on a simple belief: when people experience true belonging, they gain the confidence to believe in themselves, in one another, and in the mission they serve. For Kyle, helping others become the best versions of themselves begins with creating environments where everyone knows they matter.
As Vice-President of Operations, Kyle will oversee ISPD’s day-to-day operations, chair the Internal Operations and Communications Committees, and work directly alongside our Associates. In this role, he will continue to strengthen the systems, culture, and collaborative environment that enable our team members to grow professionally, serve our clients with excellence, and strengthen our Catholic Institutions.
Kyle and his wife, Mallory, have been married for 11 years and reside in Cincinnati, Ohio. They are active parishioners within the Divine Mercy Family of Parishes, specifically serving the Our Lady of the Visitation Church community.
