Enrollment Management Coaching Process
Why Coaching
The ISPD Enrollment Management Process was created to help school administrators, pastors, boards, and admissions staff understand how to invite, involve, and engage more families into the enrollment funnel.
This ISPD coaching process addresses not only how to attract new families but also how to retain the ones you have.

ISPD will have a monthly one-on-one virtual meeting session with each Catholic school team to discuss specific enrollment management plans, such as the Open House or onsite visits.

What to Expect
The ISPD Coaching Process is designed for one or more Catholic schools. It consists of a mix of group workshops and individual coaching sessions on the meaning, value, and implementation of a vibrant Catholic school enrollment management program.
The curriculum will combine publications that ISPD has written and has taught over the past six years with the Institute for Pastoral Initiatives at the University of Dayton.
