The Five Phases of an ISPD Catholic Capital Campaign

Phase I: Exploration, Discovery, Feasibility

Includes forming the steering committee, establishing case points, researching demographics, and conducting input sessions and financial feasibility interviews.

Phase II forms a campaign cabinet, educates key leaders, recruits campaign teams, and sets up the campaign office, communications, and materials.

Phase III invites and secures pacesetting gifts for the campaign. (Usually 70% of the campaign goal)

Phase IV invites and secures public gift division gifts (Final 30% of the campaign goal).

Phase V includes the final 100 day push to ensure campaign success.
