Gift Card Giveaway

  1. ELIGIBILITY

This contest is open to legal residents of United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Institute for School and Parish Development and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

  1. HOW TO ENTER

To enter the contest, participants must:

  • Complete the anonymous survey available at https://ispdconsulting.com/ispd-catholic-advancement-professionals-survey/
  • Provide a valid email address when prompted (optional for survey completion, but required for contest eligibility)

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Providing an email address for contest entry does not affect survey anonymity or results.

  1. ENTRY PERIOD

The contest begins on October 28 at Midnight CDT and ends on November 9 at 11:59 PM CST. All entries must be received by the end date to be eligible.

  1. PRIZE

One (1) winner will receive a $100 gift card to Amazon.com. Prize has no cash value and cannot be transferred, substituted, or redeemed for cash. Institute for School and Parish Development reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the specified prize becomes unavailable.

  1. WINNER SELECTION

One (1) winner will be selected via random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted on or about November 10 by Institute for School and Parish Development or its designated representative.

  1. WINNER NOTIFICATION

The potential winner will be notified via email at the address provided during entry within five business days of the drawing. The winner must respond within 10 days of notification to claim their prize. Failure to respond within this timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.

  1. PRIVACY AND DATA USE

Email addresses collected for contest entry will be used solely for the purpose of conducting this giveaway and notifying the winner. Survey responses remain anonymous and will not be linked to email addresses provided for contest entry. By entering, participants consent to the use of their email address for contest administration purposes.   1. ODDS OF WINNING

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

  1. GENERAL CONDITIONS
  • Limit one (1) entry per person/email address
  • Entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted, or received after the Entry Period will be disqualified
  • Institute for School and Parish Development is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries
  • By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Institute for School and Parish Development, which are final and binding
  • Institute for School and Parish Development reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the contest
  • Winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release
  1. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

By entering, participants release and hold harmless Institute for School and Parish Development and its affiliates, subsidiaries, and representatives from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the contest or acceptance or use of any prize.

  1. DISPUTES

This contest is governed by the laws of Louisiana. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Louisiana.
